Livelihood
Skill-building is pivotal for an empowered life; hence, we at DCM have been equipping people with the necessary skills under our initiative, Khushali Rozgaar. We work with communities in Kota, Bharuch, Hardoi, and Lakhimpur Kheri. We have been skilling farmers on good agricultural practices, livestock development, empowering women with financial independence, supporting rural artisans, and empowering rural youth through this program. These efforts align with SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
Key programs under Khushali Rozgaar include the Livestock Development Program and Jeetega Kisaan.

- Established a Cattle Development Centre to administer AI and conduct breeding awareness sessions.
- Provide regular vaccinations and conduct cattle health camps.
