Mr. Ajay S. Shriram is a distinguished business leader and dedicated philanthropist. In his current role which he took on in September 1991 he has been instrumental in growing the organisation to the current level through his visionary leadership with the support of his brothers.

As the Past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mr. Shriram has demonstrated exceptional nation-building leadership skills that continue to inspire many. He was also the President of the International Fertilizer Association.

Being the eldest of three brothers, he has consistently taken on significant responsibilities with a strong sense of duty.

In addition to his role at DCM Shriram, he also serves as the Chairman of the Governing Body of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and as a Trustee of SOS Children’s Villages of India. Currently, he leads the CII Committee on Ease of Doing Business.
